Understanding Your Goals

The first thing we do is interview you and to understand your goals for the website, your existing and your brand marketing strategy. This way we can plan the website design process based on your particular situation and consumer market.

This will tell us for example which key pages need to be designed and what other design elements, such as, logos (vertical and horizontal), will also need to created.

Define Your Brand Marketing Strategy

We create a design brief which will recap your required brand marketing strategy. This may include: logo design (horizontal and vertical), selected font and style, primary and accent color for the website, type of imagery required for core marketing message.

Plan The Website Design Process

At this stage we will identify the key pages to be designed. This will typically always be the: homepage and template designs for top level product category pages, product pages, service pages, and landing pages. We may also have to design other graphical elements such as: logos, advertising graphics, composite graphics etc.

Create Wireframes For New Website Designs

At this stage we create wireframes for all identified key website pages. Wireframes are basically page layouts to define where content will go, but do not include any graphic design element and only pseudo text. These are then reviewed with our customer to ensure the layout meets with the marketing requirements prior to proceeding with actually building the graphic design. We'll help you create your very own brand guidelines if needed.
